Wotcha!
As winter draws in, here at 2000trees central we're dreaming of sunny summer days (not wet ones please god!!) and sipping on a badger's bottom. They seem far away indeed especially with the clocks going back and the first signs of frost underfoot each morning!
So let us direct a shaft of summery musical light your way as we announce the dates for 2000trees 09. Hopefully having a date to aim for will get you through the winter darkness.
So in that vein 2000trees 09 will be held on:
Friday 17th and Saturday 18th of July
Plus, as last year, there is early entry on Thursday 16th limited to 500 VIP people -the real hardcore festival fans.
Now, the next thing to ask yourself is 'How do I ensure I can get my ticket before they all sell out?'
Well, what you need to do is be poised over you computer on:
Monday 2nd March
Job done! You can then organise the rest of your life now the important thing is booked.
We'll look forward to seeing you there.

Do your bit for Breast Cancer and Mr Frank Turner, because all it takes is 79p for a good cause... Long Live The Queen' is a heartfelt, poignant story of a close friend of Franks passing away from breast cancer. Though a hard subject, Frank has written the song as a way of celebrating his friend's life and the legacy she has left behind. Lexi tirelessly campaigned and fundraised for breast cancer charities and it's with this inspiration that Frank and Xtra Mile Recordings will be donating proceeds from the sale of the single to the Breast Cancer Campaign charity. The single is released on the 20th October 2008 so get yourself over to Itunes / 7 digital or whatever digital download service you prefer. Remember to do it only from the 20th and make sure you download the single rather than the album track or it wont go to charity or towards the chart! All your help is much appreciated and for a good cause. Plus it would be hilarious to get Frank in amongst Duffy, Winehouse and Rihanna.
