Things are reaching fever pitch here at 2000trees towers, so we thought we'd give you a brief heads up on some important trees info so you know what to expect!
SOLD OUT.
Yep that's right, in case you've been hiding under a rock for the last few months, 2000trees SOLD OUT again a couple of months ago! This means no ticket = no entry!!
There's been rumours that some folks are planning on turning up on the day in the vain hope of buying a ticket or, shock horror sneaking in!
Firstly, there are no more tickets available! As we are at our legal capacity already any extra, uninvited people will be jeopardising our license and therefore the long-term survival of the festival.
Therefore if you don't have a ticket (or know someone else that doesn't) please please DO NOT show up, as you will be turned away. Any people who try to sneak onto the site will be ejected immediately and handed over to the local Police to be escorted back to their rightful owners!!
Instead please get your tickets early next year to avoid disappointment!
For those of you that do have tickets, well we can't wait to meet y'all!!! Here are just a few bits of info for your perusal...
Tickets.
Please print off your eticket, which was emailed after purchase, and bring it with you. Please have these ready as soon as you arrive, as you will not be able to get onto the site without it.
Address.
If you've not been before, or have forgotten how to get there, here is where we are! (Upcote Farm, Withington, Gloucestershire, GL54 4BL).
Changes to your tickets?
The last day to change the names on your tickets is FRIDAY the 9th of JULY.
Site entry times.
VIP early entry - Thursday 15th July 15:00 (with a Thurs + Weekend ticket).
General entry - Friday 16th July 09:30.
Cash machines.
Yes we do have cash machines onsite.
No glass.
That's right, please do not bring any glass onsite - our security will confiscate it and any tasty contents.
Car park charge.
As a final reminder we will be implementing a car parking charge of £5 per car this year, to help subsidise a greener shuttle bus service (for those that don't have a car or wish to be green and leave it home). To encourage car sharing, the charge does not apply if you have four or more people in your car - so go on make some new friends, share that motor, and park for FREE.
The charge will be collected in cash on arrival, so please have your fivers or change ready so that we can get you into the site as quickly as possible.
If you want to avoid the charge and help reduce the carbon footprint of your festival, our friends at Big Green Coaches are operating a shuttle bus service from Cheltenham train station to the site. The costs of this service is £6 single / £10 return, which is cheaper than sharing a taxi. Departure times are as follows:
From Cheltenham Railway Station to 2000trees.
Thursday: 16:15, 18:15 & 20:15
Friday: 10:15 and then every hour until 19:15
Saturday: 10:15 and then every 2 hours until 16:15
From 2000trees to Cheltenham Railway Station.
Saturday: 11:00 and then every 2 hours until 17:00
Sunday: 07:00 and then every 30 minutes until 12:00 midday
Festival Coaches are also offering a coach service from London and Oxford for a return price of £35 & £28 respectively.
